Hey guys, I’m trying to find time to post more frequently, but my oppressors… I mean school has been keeping my BUSY! Regardless, if you didn’t know Texas weather is pretty unpredictable, I was just wearing shorts yesterday and as you can see I’m covered in clothes from head to toe! I’m pretty much ready to break out the shorts, how about you?

STYLE TIP: I love layering, but it can be kind of tricky trying to find what coordinates. Mint, of course can go with anything, so I decided to go with this leopard button down to add some style to the classic sweater and jeans look. Sweaters and button downs are great for days when you want to look casual chic.

Long Time No See…

Birthday Girlllll!

Ughhh life has been busy if you care…I’m not tooo late with this post seeming my birthday was  FEBRUARY 2nd!! I turned 20 and I feel old.. Dont judge me.I went out to dinner with friends to Olive Garden and I didn’t wanna dress up to fancy, I mean it is Olive Garden…

 So basically I’m wearing head to toe in BCBG. I went for more of a subtle color blocking with the neon shirt and electic blue heels.

DOUBLE DENIM!

Love this trend so effortless and all American.Since it was a little chilly outside I decided to add my black thigh high boots (every girl needs a pair).

STYLE TIP: The great thing about denim is the fact you can play with it. I went neutral with black boots, but think of the possibilities you could do such as add a pop of color with your jewelry or shoes.

It’s Ya Birthday.

For one of my closest friends 20th birthday we decided to go to Grand Lux. I loveeeeee Grand Lux it’s one of my favorite restaurants! Any who, we went around 9ish so I decided to dress up a little.

STYLE TIP: SOLID COLORED DRESSES are your perfect for dressing up or down. As you see I wore it with heels and a leather jacket. Easily, I could swap the heels for sandals, roll up the sleeves put a cardigan on and wear this on a regular day!

A Night Out.

A couple of weeks ago my friends and I decided to go to a party and then to the club! It’s winter in Houston so it’s NOT as cold compared to other states. I decided to go with my high-waisted oxblood leggings and a leopard top with the shoulders cut out to make this look edgier.

TREND ALERT: OXBLOOD!

                 OXBLOOD which resembles closely to burgundy made its appearance Fall 2012. The thing I love about the color is the fact you can pair  it with anything and it looks great .

STYLE TIP: Because OXBLOOD is such a bold color a little goes a long way!
